Emerald Properties was started by John Troupe when he realized that the personal real estate experience that he wanted to bring to his clients was best met by running his own company.
John opened his office in the small town of Edgewood because it corresponded with his own mission in his business, treating each client as a neighbor and friend.
John has been in the real estate business in Washington State for over 25 years, starting as a real estate agent and then working his way up to training manager and then broker. Having owned a home inspection business as well, John's real estate experience is extensive and invaluable.
